4. Orders and Payment

5. Delivery

• Physical products are produced and shipped through Printful. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout.

6. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

• Digital Products: Orders are final upon delivery and cannot be canceled or withdrawn.
• Physical Products: Buyers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, under these conditions:
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for cancellation.
• To cancel, contact us via email or the website’s cancellation form.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned item.

7. Warranty & Liability

• Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from improper use.
• For digital products, functionality is as described; no additional warranties are offered.
