- Introduction
We offer both digital products (downloadable files) and physical products (prints, posters, and canvas products fulfilled by Printful). This policy applies to all customers worldwide and outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges may be requested.
- Digital Products
- All digital product sales are final.
- Due to the nature of instant downloads, digital products cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged.
- Exceptions may apply only if:
- The file is defective or corrupted upon delivery,
- Or you received the wrong digital item.
- If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a detailed explanation. If approved, we will resend the correct file or issue a refund.
- Physical Products
- Physical items are produced and shipped via Printful.
- You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, even without giving a reason, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
- Returns or exchanges are also accepted if:
- The product is defective,
- Damaged during transit,
- Or incorrect.
- To submit a request, please contact us within the 14-day period with:
- Order number,
- Photos of the item,
- A description of the issue (if defective/damaged/incorrect).
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Exceptions:
- Personalized or custom-made products,
- Digital products once delivered,
- Products returned used, damaged, or not in resale condition.
- Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.
- If approved:
- A full refund (including the original standard shipping cost) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
- For exchanges, a replacement product will be arranged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Customer Responsibility
- Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipment fees.
- Keep all original packaging until your return or exchange request has been resolved.
